Ke-Lu has always known the cave, the darkness, and the world as it was explained to him. Then he finds himself outside. The sky is impossible. The sun hurts. And almost everything he knows may be wrong.

THE STORY

Ke-Lu has spent his entire life beneath the ground.

The cave is the world. The darkness is normal. Everything beyond it is unknown.

Then one day, he is forced outside.

For the first time he sees the sky, the sun, grass, distance, and a world that does not behave the way he was taught it should.

ABOUT THE WORK

Ke-Lu is a story about knowledge, fear, curiosity, and what happens when someone is forced to confront a reality larger than the one they were given.
